  1. These terms and conditions cover the training, consultancy, and services provided by OSHEQ Planet.
  2. In order to purchase an online course, you must provide the required information and pay the amount specified.  You shall also maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary.
  3. Each student provided with free online support within the online course duration from our instructors thru contact us tools.
  4. Student account will access for any paid or free course material.
  5. All students will receive a username and a password to access the courses portal. The information provided only to students registered for the the online course. All records and personal information shall be kept confidential and not shared with anyone outside OSHEQ Planet. All course forums and online discussions are private and secure.
  6. Online courses cannot be accessed offline, each student is responsible for ensuring that they have access to the internet.
  7. Payments are accepted thru PayPal account, credit, and debit card.
  8. Printed and signed hard copy Certificates will shipped free of charge to your registered address.
  9. Students have unlimited access to the course materials. However, each student has two opportunities to pass the online exam.
  10. All types of courses are priced significantly lower than similar alternatives.
  11. Refund: Self-study online courses are nonrefundable and Registration fees are nontransferable.
  12. e-Learning system is generally available 24/7, but may be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. OSHEQ Planet will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but this is not always possible. OSHEQ Planet cannot provide support for computers that do not meet our system requirements.
  13. Students should be competent in English because all online and blended courses are available only in English.
  14. The Online Courses are for training purposes only.  OSHEQ Planet will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the Online Course or Course Materials for any purpose other than training for educational purposes, including but not limited to, the giving of advice by you to any third party.
  15. All payments will be in USD for the online courses. For classroom courses, blended courses, other services offered by OSHEQ Planet will be upon the client requirements.
